Products may be returned for up to 30 days from the date the order was received. Returned products must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to defective merchandise or our error). Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser. For your protection when you return an item, we recommend that you use the original packaging and ship return via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (with adequate insurance coverage).
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Please inspect your orders promptly. Defective or damaged merchandise mush be reported within 10 working days of receiving the order. Original packing materials must be available at the time you contact us. We may request that you ship any potentially defective merchandise back to us for inspection. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective products. Normal wear and tear, and products damaged due to misuse or breakage are not considered to be defective.
